Competitors challenge themselves and their support crews from the West to East Coast of the USA in a non stop 3089 mile journey. In this film we follow the teams that comprise 4 riders as they race in a relay format in the quest for glory.

Lucy, participated in her first 100km running race at the age of 15. Since then she has progressed her running career to a full time living, along the way learning how to manage the positive and challenging aspects of what the life of an athlete really is.

The Outdoor Sports Show 2021 Episode 4
In this episode we’ll once again focus on XTERRA, the triathlon series that is about more than just racing. Then, we’ll stay in the mountains and follow Highlander – Adventure of a Lifetime. This June hikers from all over the world will gather in Austria’s Murau, Stara Planina in Serbia and in Durmitor National Park in Montenegro. Staying in the high altitudes, we will focus on events that bring athletes to the mountains. From SilvrettaRun in Austria and Olympus Marathon in Greece to Hochkonig Erztrophy, mountains have their many challenges for athletes. Finally, this month, we will meet Rey Smart, a passionate fitness and running trainer who will share with us his many useful tips.

Denmark Fjord Bike Tour
From the Kings castle in Grasten, Southern Denmark, our four adventurers cycle across the hilly Danish countryside to Als Fjord and take the ferry to the other side before pedaling through the Oldenor swamps to the amazing historical Dyvig Badehotel for a swim and a well earned meal!

China on Ice
Chinese climber Xiang Yang brings some of the best climbers in Shuangqiaogou Valley which is Siguning’s most beautiful valley with fantastic ice climbing spots such as the Dragon Breath.
