2019 Xterra Italy Lake Garda
Lake Garda is a world apart. Given the intense colour of its water with a marked shade of blue and matchless transparency, this place is a unique spot, surrounded by the mountains that create its fjord-shape configuration. This scenery was the perfect backdrop for another stop of the XTERRA European Tour which is considered as one of the biggest triathlon series of the world.

Travel Dudes – Baltic Sea Route
Denmark got a superb network of cycling routes connecting the entire country. In this video, we explore the Baltic Sea Route, mostly following the N8 cycle route across some of the most beautiful coastal regions in Denmark. The Baltic Sea Route connects pretty much the whole of South Denmark and stretches over 820km in a huge figure of eight.
During our journey, we visited many places such as South Zealand and Moen, Gavnoe Castle, the graffiti & street art in Naestved, the stunning Moens Klint, Lolland Falster with Marielyst Beach, Haderslev Dam, the Kolding Castle, the Fredericia Ramparts, the Halsskov Reef and small towns like Skaelskoer and much more.

Ice Climbing – Maria And Gordon
Multiple World Champion and World Cup winner, Russia’s Maria Tolokonina has been one of the star performers on the UIAA Ice Climbing circuit for well over a decade. 
Canada’s Gordon McArthur retired from competition ice climbing midway through the 2018 season. Tired, fed up, exhausted, one of the most experienced climbers on the circuit decided to call time on the World Tour. Twelve months later, a reflective McArthur explains the reasons for his return to World Cup action ahead of the competition in Denver, United States.

From sea to summit, then back to the sea for the finish, for most it is the dream of a life time to complete a course like this, while for the professional runners it is a massive test of endurance, tactics and mental strength.

RS:X Europeans Mallorca 2019
The RS:X class is already an Olympic class and the sailors are focused on next year’s games in Tokyo, we move to the Spanish island of Mallorca and  Palma Bay for the 2019 RS:X Europeans and Youth European Championships, a key qualifying event for Tokyo. There was a record turn-out for the RS:X Class with 333 confirmed entries, coming from 43 different nations to race over five days. The most impressive fact was that for the first time ever, the youth men’s fleet was bigger than the senior men’s fleet.

Xterra Greece 2019
The glittering coastline known as the Athenian Riviera hosted dozens of elite athletes for the premier XTERRA off-road triathlon event. With the sun beating down and water temperatures around 17 degrees the swim leg started with the 300 athletes heading into the Vouliagmeni bay. The bike route looked easy but actually proved extremely challenging with dry and slippery tracks. The running course around Vouliagmeni Lake offered the athletes some spectacular scenic views as they ran long the edge of the sea.

La Palma in the Canaries is the venue for this 74km ultra marathon run, with over 1000 international runners taking on a total of 4,350 metres of ascent on the island’s spectacular volcanic landscape. Part of the Skyrunner World Series, the event attracts the world’s very best trail and ultra runners.

Travel Dudes – Hiking The Path of Gods
Did you know there are 130km of ancient pathways that connect the city of Bologna with Florence, Italy? The path takes 5-8 days to complete from start to finish, taking you from the Italian region of Emilia Romagna to Tuscany. This hiking route is called the ‘Via Degli Dei’, which translates as the Path of Gods Italy. Based on our amazing adventure along this route, Travel Dudes take you along the path every step of the way in this helpful and informative video. ÖTILLÖ Swimrun Engadin 2019
The fourth ÖTILLÖ Swimrun World Series race of the season and the last qualifier before the World Championship in September became a fascinating race.
The Engadin Valley in Switzerland is one of the most beautiful race locations with fantastic trails, hanging glaciers and pristine mountain lakes. The total course is just short of 46 km with a total elevation gain of almost 1600 metres, of which almost 40 km is on foot and 6 km is swimming.

100 Miles Of Istria 2019
Welcome to Croatia for one of the most important and largest trail running races, the 100 Miles of Istria. Athletes could chose their race distance – Red over 100 miles, Blue over 110km, Green over 67km or Yellow over 41km. In this 7th edition of the 100 miles of Istria nothing could have been predicted. The winter unexpectedly returned to Istria the exact day of the 100 miles and 110km races, compelling the runners to climb mount Učka through snow.

Salomon Golden Trail World Series 2019 –
Round 2, Mont Blanc Marathon 
Taking place in Chamonix, France, this second stop of the Salomon Golden Trail World Series takes in the alpine scenery of Mont Blanc on a gruelling 42km course. A marathon distance at it’s origins in 2003, it is a 2730m vertical trail which is rolling in the first part of the course until Vallorcine but very technical in the second half with the mythical passage of the Aiguillette des Posettes.

Mitas 4 Islands 2019
The Mitas 4 Islands pitches pairs of riders against other teams over 5 days of mountain bike racing in some of Croatia’s most stunning islands. Recognized by Union Cyclise Internationale (UCI), The Mitas 4 Islands attracts over 470 riders from around the world to compete across the men, women and mixed pair divisions. They were battling for podium glory, prize money and also UCI ranking points. Overall, the race takes in around 270km of mountain biking and climbs up to 5,000m, with riders transported by ferry between the islands.
