Kids first outdoor challenge in Ardèche, France
France’s Ardèche region is famous for exciting outdoor activities in and around the Ardèche river, with gorges, rocks, forest and a unique natural Arch. A group of motivated French inner city kids experience their first intense three day outdoor outing learning from the best French instructors about safety, teamwork and the environment as they endure physical and mental challenges in an awesome place.

Rwanda Congo Uganda Bike Adventure – Part 2
Our friend, bikepacker and adventurer, Michele continues his epic 800km solo African bike packing adventure in Rwanda, through Congo and finishing in Uganda. Part 2 of 4 – in the heart of Rwanda : the Congo Nile Trail. Michele descends from the top of Nyungwe National Park at 2500 meters to the 1300m of Lake Kivu. He rides north on the 227 km Congo Nile Trail along the shore of Lake Kivu and then takes a boat to discover the wildlife on Monkey Island and photographs the immense bat population that inhabits Napoleon Island.

Bala Triathlon 2019 (Welsh Triathlon Super Series Round 3)
After the swim race in the legendary Bala Lake, this classic event moves into the shadow of Wales’s highest mountains for the bike and run part of the triathalon. Quicker athletes will be looking to exploit the shorter, sprint distances on the rocky course and earn valuable series points.

Xterra Italy Lake Scanno 2019
The 10th stage of the 2019 XTERRA European Tour takes place In the charming ancient village of Scanno in the mountains of Abruzzo. This course has a well-deserved reputation for being one of the toughest events in Europe with its steep and treacherous climbs, which rewards only the most determined athletes. Among the many elite athletes who gathered to compete in southern Italy is the beautiful former Olympic cross-country skier Erbenova Karaskova who competed in the 2002 and 2006 Olympic Games and more recently has made her mark in summer sports.
