Dark Peak Fell Runners
The Dark Peak Fell Runners base themselves in Sheffield, but their playground is the Peak District National Park where they weave tracks through the fields, peat bogs and rocky outcrops to create a tapestry of eccentricity, endeavour and endurance. As one of the biggest pure fell running clubs in the UK, the ‘Dark Peak Fell Runners’ captures the personality, quirks and successes of the club and its members. The film follows in their footsteps to reveal their well-trodden Peak District running routes including the club’s flagship race, the Edale Skyline.

Wild Racers – Episode 13 – Costa Rica
This episode lands us on the shores of Puntarenas, Costa Rica a tropical haven with an equatorial climate to welcome our adventurers. For the first time teams will be challenged by extreme humidity and heat, countless hours of paddling massive tidal flows and the challenge of dehydration. All this coupled with no sleep and the relentless pursuit to finish will prove too much for many though there are always those that rise to the top.

A Feather in the West
In September 2019, a team of talented Irish climbers [Chloe Condron, Kevin Kilroy, Michelle O’Loughlin and Conor McGovern] travelled to the small island of Owey to explore sea cliffs that local guidebook writer Iain Miller claims, have “enough new routing potential to last at least twelve lifetimes”. ‘A Feather in the West’ is a film about their trad climbing experiences and the relatively niche pursuit of first ascents, set on the Wild Atlantic Way, off the west coast of County Donegal.

This Way Up
This Way Up is a ‘broken’ man’s journey by bike through his homeland, Scotland. Andy McKenna, mountain biker since the 1980’s and a professional mountain bike guide making his living from running mountain bike adventures in Scotland was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) in 2007. Although he didn’t know it then, far from being the end of his mountain bike career and his life, this (apparently) incurable degenerative neurological disease was the start of a different kind of mountain bike journey. Biking helps to cope, to escape and to keep Andy sane.

Wild Racers – Episode 7 – Ecuador
Teams now finally surviving the most brutal first day in Adventure Racing history are welcomed by horizontal rain and some epic stages that will cause some extreme moments and life threatening situations. Some of the world’s greatest athletes will be hit hard by the altitude and conditions. This is real life drama unfolding right before your eyes.

World Marathon Challenge 2020
Beginning of February 2020, despite Coronavirus crisis, 36 marathoners ran 7 marathons on 7 continents during 7 days. In not more than 168 hours from start of the first run to end of the last, they ran a marathon in Cape Town Africa, Novo Antartica, Perth Australia, Dubaï Asia, Madrid Europe, Fortaleza South America and Miami North America. It is also renowned for its wild seas, stormy weather and unforgiving tidal races. ‘Skye’s The Limit’ documents one woman’s solo circumnavigation of the Isle of Skye on stand up paddle board. In a bid to highlight that even these wild, remote and beautiful places are vulnerable to plastic pollution, Cal Major braves 200 miles of ripping tidal races, storms and waves to journey around the island, alone, to access even the most remote beaches. With over 100,000 sea mammals and over a million sea birds killed every year as a result of plastic pollution, ‘Skye’s The Limit’ demonstrates that even wild and seemingly untouched places like this aren’t safe against this threat, but how with simple changes we can all be a part of the solution.
