Ungrounded Episode 4 – Sunny Stroeer
Two weeks after paying off her student loans, Sunny Stroeer left her job as a strategy consultant, moved into her astro van, and began running and climbing full time. Since then, she has gone to break records and climb summits no woman has done before. In Episode 4 of Ungrounded, Stroeer shares how she pushed herself to tackle some of the world’s highest peaks. Super League Triathlon – Jersey 2017 Day 2
After tackling the Triple Mix the athletes face their toughest challenge yet: to race three stages of super-sprint triathlon on heavy legs, exhausted lungs, and overclocked hearts – in the pouring rain lashing Jersey. The Eliminator format comprises three stages of swim-bike-run with a break between each stage. The break commences when the winner of the preceding stage crosses the finish line. This means every athlete behind the stage winner has even less time to recover.

Paragliding In The Himalayas
Tom de Dorlodot and Horacio Llorens go paragliding in the Indian Himalaya. Leaving from the popular site of Bir/Billing they fly first to Manali, then cross the Rohtang Pass before flying to Keylong. UTWT Reviews – UTWT 2019 Episode 6
Sixth Episode of our series following the 2019 Edition of the Ultra Trail World Tour. This episode is fully dedicated to the Lavaredo Ultra Trail which takes place in the Italian Dolomites and takes the partcipants through a very demanding 120 km course with 5800 m of positive elevation.
